The film had two jobs: tell a real patient’s story and change how the clinic was seen. Every decision, from the casting to the final colour grade, was made to feel warm and premium without losing clinical credibility.

The Madrid launch
Following our first patient campaign, Utopía brought us back to launch its flagship clinic in Madrid’s exclusive Salamanca district.
We created paid campaign assets, photography and short films for social—all built around one idea. Together, they reached millions of views and helped bring patients through the door from day one.
